Madisons Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Joinery Manager for a workshop located in Wembley, Greater London.
Person Specification:
- Joinery manufacturing experience, as a project manager capable of effectively managing projects from award of project and through the different stages of implementation to handover.
- Suitable experience and understanding of all aspects of the joinery fabrication process, from site survey, to working with a setting out team on preparation of fabrication shop drawings and cutting lists, through to checking of material take offs and ordering etc.
- Sound knowledge of fabrication procedures and a wide understanding of joinery materials including timber, boards, veneers, laminates, brass and hardware are vital.
- Very strong technical and execution capabilities with ability to solve technical problems.
This role is a contract basis to begin with – it will lead to a permanent role on a temporary to permanent basis for the right candidate.
- Day rate: £200 – £210 per day
- Annual salary: £55,000 per annum
